~Marie Wilson: this was in the * located at *** NurseryRd. Linthicum MD. they lady kept rushing to go to the window...when i wasnt even finish ordering...after ** mins waitin to get my fooo...with only * vehicles there...mine n * in front of me....i hd missing things....n start ordering the rest.....while the cashier...that hd a tag that reads the manager.....was at the top of her sayn "u didnt order that...u didnt order that....." i try to explain to her that because she kept rushing me....but that at the matter fact i did order that" she kept sayn 'oh my god...whatever mam....whatever.....what is that you want " i finally finishing order gave my credit card.....she slide my credit care so hard that fall....and throw my credit like it was a freesbie inside my car. the receipt says her name is Natalie. I really want to believe that she is not the manager cuz with whom r the clients r supposed to complaint in that store? horrible

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Marie Wilson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Marie Wilson: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other KFC customers?
~Marie Wilson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
