~COME ON MAN !!!!: I have worked in a customer service based job in the twin cities area for ** years and know the importance of good service.. I know how hectic it can be sometimes. When I pulled up to place my order at the KFC drive thru at the central ave location in Blain,mn. I orderd * chicken pot pies, the teller informed me that there would be a wait time of ** to ** minutes. She also said that "I should have called ahead of time if i needed that many"... since when!!! Then asked if I was going to wait, I agreed. BIG MISTAKE, after a ** minute wait I finally recieved my order. REALLY... as I waited I also saw *-* other cars pull up to place an order and drive right by without picking up an order, not as patient as me."RED FLAG" When they finally delivered my order to my car, no, were sorry or explanation of why I had to wait so long. I dealt with three seperate people, two at the drive thru and one that brought food out to me. If KFC keeps up these business practices at this location it wont be lo
