~Karen: Just taken KFC at Melaka Giant Branch at Bacang. My order is One Set Black Pepper Chicken, One X - Meal & One dinner plate. Cashier at the counter service but need to brief clear on extra order. During cancelation of order and mention that manager was not in , no cancellation is allow. Portioning of food need to consistant. Eg I order chicken rice, they just give half portion of rice cost at RM*.** per plate. *The Original Fried Chicken looks dall. After taken, still have mile smell of non fresh chicken and the bun for black pepper chicken is hard and not fresh at all. can't eat at all. When I looks for the manager regarding food comment, she insist all are fresh and just cook. Argue with me all food are fresh and well cook. She refuse to listen to my comment to improved quality of food. To improve service, she should listen carefully on customer comment and not hiding bad food serve to customer. Should I ask health department to check and view on quality of food at that branch?? Don'
