~Rosiekfc: Went to KFC in Waxahachie Texas today (*******) There was no original chicken. There was no gravy. Every one else that was there before us were also complaining. The gravy was just like water and no original. I waited because that's why I came in here. Other people were eating whatever they had. I waited , about ** ** minutes later we finally got some chicken. It was terriable. My wifes sick and so am I. stomach is cramping very bad. I was told not to go here from my daughter and son in law , whom went there and had the same experience as we just had. They told me theres never any chicken and the crew working there don't know what there doing. I love KFC original. But this was awful. Also went to get some pepsi from the machine, Was none just put out soda, went for the Dr. Pepper , Was the same. This crew is running the reputation for KFC. At one time Corsicana branch was just as bad, they went out of business. I love KFC and have ate here a few times in the past, Everything was Ok the

~Rosiekfc: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rosiekfc: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rosiekfc: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other KFC customers?
~Rosiekfc: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
