~Jim : Yup. It was afternoon, on November 19th.

~Jim : on my second call to the KFC complaint line, I waited ** minutes, and went back on the computer and had them call me back, got the same run around, that an upper management person would contact me , when I told the operator that is what I was told a month ago , he said he is updating my complaint, asked him how long he though it would take, he said probably two days !! I told him I think the problem starts with upper management*KFC has a good product, but it is delivered to us inconsistently , they have some badly trained staff, and no concerned upper management , or owner operators. Come on KFC fix it !!!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting KFC. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a KFC problem?
~Jim : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jim : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jim : For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other KFC customers?
~Jim : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
