~pete: I spent * min jumping around for customer service rep to cancel my service, but kept getting recordings. So instead I used the option for buying a new phone which gave me a sales rep immediately. He was able to cancel my service for me without transferring me anywhere else. TO get a human use the sales option.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Kajeet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Kajeet problem?
~pete: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pete: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kajeet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pete: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kajeet customers?
~pete: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kajeet to know who you are.
