~mitch: I love the paper for the sports, etc. BUT this week we received our new bill, $***.XX for * months. Last time we paid $**.XX for * months. No announcement, no notice. I guess they were hoping we just wrote checks and didn't check to see who was milking us. I called customer service. ** minutes later, I got a human. Explaining the issue, she offered a deal of $**.xx for * months. Why would I not go for this, she wanted to know ? *) you raised my price **% without telling me, that's dishonest. *) If I accept this deal, I'll just have to call you back next time and demand the old deal. *) What is the real price ? Reminds me of the old days of buying a car or a gym membership.
