~DISAPPOINTED: The service is horrible. After nearly ** years of subscribing you are at the lowest level. You not only make phone contact impossible you lie to customers to keep their business. After several contacts I was promised a much lower rate for Wednesday-Sunday service. Now I receive notice in the mail you are raising my rate! Great dependability! I am just the last step away from cancelling entirely & advising friends & neighbors to do the same. Do Not take more money out of my bank account until a real person has contacted me. Mrs. John Rozine at ***-***-****. No wonder newspapers are going out of busines!
