~bob: No way to contact a human after hours and hours of operation are not announced. Had entered vacation hold on web site to stop on Saturday but paper was delivered and no way to call and complain that vacation hold was missed (tried to enter vacation hold with automated system and was told "we already have a vacation hold on this account." So I will be forced to call Monday from out of town and after the paper will be delivered (if they miss the vacation hold again).
