GetHuman-preciou7: Hello, my name is Dolores and I spoke to Cassidy and she was by far the best customer service I've had. I am a custome service my self and am very please with her assistance. My Keurig just stopped working after * months of having it. Cassidy Did some trouble shooting with me wasn't able to be fixed but because I was within warranty I qualified for a replacement after I thought I had lost out. Thank you so much Cassidy.
