~jerzygrl4life: Customer service rep was very personable, but however she seemed very rushed. In the end, after trying some trouble shooting, the problem was not fixed. They offered to have me purchase a new one at a discount of **% of the purchase price which came to $**.**. $**.** is the price in stores (give or take a few dollars for sales taxes ad varies slightly from store to store). Plus they would not send me a coupon for the discount thus making it so that I had to get it right from them. Overall I am not happy with the quality of Keurig's customer service.
