GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-ronsara: Ordered a Keurig rivo Brewer... When I received it and went to put a lavazza kcup in it, is where I read "rivo pods only" ! *Now why is this the ONLY place I've read this? Now I'm stuck with a machine and a bunch of pods I can't use! Not only that but I can't find these "rivo" pods anywhere! And I was under the impression I would get a starter pack at least, but now I find out I have to spend another $** before you send me anything free... After spending just about $*** on this Brewer... By the way, tassimo sends you free pods as soon as you sign up, but I thought Keurig was better?! Seriously guys hope you can do something to at least make my product usable. *Sara

GetHuman-ronsara: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-ronsara: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Keurig to know who you are.
