GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-goldygo: Your coffee maker is on sale today at Costco in Lantana Fl. I was waiting for a sample but the sample demonstrator wouldn't make eye contact so I asked could I try some coffee. The sample server refused me coffee. I asked could I have a cup of coffee? Demonstrator sneered at me and said "I'm done. It was *:** pm and she was brewing a cup for the person next to me. I put my hand to my forehead and told her I'm not feeling well please could I have a cup of coffee (caffeine can help sometimes) and I'm purchasing the machine. She smiled like an alligator again and said, NO. I went to customer service and reported the incident but she doesn't work for Costco. She works for the company you hired to demonstrate your product. You are losing sales. I went to a lot of time and effort to get to the store today for this purchase because of thus sale. I'm disgusted and disappointedThank you for listening.
