GetHuman-156689: I THINK kITCHENAID HAS VERY GOOD APPLIANCES BUT THEIR EMPOLYEES ARE NOT EXPERTS, THEY PUT WRONG PART WHEN YOU BUY THE APPLIANCE AND WHEN YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DEMAND FOR THE CORRECT PART THEY EITHER SEND YOU THE WRONG PART IF YOU ARE LUCKY AND THE CUSTOMER SEVICE REPESENTATIVE WS NOT RUDE.
