~jk: terrible service. spent **** on a frig that was junk when it arrived. within * months the inside casing split across the whole top. had a kenmore for ** years and never had a service call and sold it still operating. tried to get ahold of you * times, with each time on hold for at least ** minutes , just to have someone that knows nothing tell me they have to send an email to the boss and that they would get back to me . but never did. what a scam . i got soaked on the claim that you were american made. whatever. never again will i waste my money on kitchen aid.

~jk: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~jk: For that I would say three out of five.
