~SharynB: The Service Person was polite and while she could not solve the problem as KOBO had not added it to the catalogue yet she said would note it. Sometimes I wish I had a Kindle as the new books are always there first.

~SharynB: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SharynB: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kobo Books's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SharynB: For that I would say four out of five.
