~Leonard: Here I am waiting for Russell to answer my question. I get this window and use the same response. What's wrong this company? You say I must pay $**, $**, and I forgot what followed. I used this when my wife died of Alzheimers in April of ****, and didn't have problem one. I object to paying for support in the first place and then you make it impossible when you pay. Now I have to use the camera to prepare a tangible list of property for the Harris Bank.

~Leonard: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Leonard: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kodak's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Leonard: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kodak customers?
~Leonard: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kodak to know who you are.
