GetHuman-329577: I tried to order photo mugs from Kodak Easyshare online and could not get it to work. Spend several minutes mavigating through STUPID menus and finally got to a REAL person who was having trouble understanding my problem. He eventually transferred me to yet another menu and I was finally cut off. I did the online chat and it was not helpful either even though the lady was responsive and tried to help. I finally went to another web site, ordered the mugs I wanted with photos on them and was done it * minutes. AND the mugs were cheaper. Terrible experience with your customer service. I won't be back.
