GetHuman-198769: I was left on hold so long, eventually this stupid survey came on the line...so I answered the survey relative to the fact that I had not yet been connected to anyone who could assist my simple request for a credit line increase....WOW....very poor...but I guess your prices are good, so quality service matters little...and I am a fairly good customer
