GetHuman-286799: Megan helped us with our problem. She listened to what we could tell her, and then determined the way to fix it. She was very clear and precise in her explanation, and had great patience with us. We had replaced a seal, but the toilet kept running. She had us remove the fill valve, and clean it out, and it worked perfectly. She was so patient, kind, and had a really great personality. It was actually enjoyable fixing our problem! Thank you for employing Megan, and making our day so much easier. We will continue to buy Kohler products, as long as you continue to provide such good customer service. Bill and Marjean
