GetHuman-286791: Megan was extremely helpful with our problem. Our toilet kept running, and we had already replaced a seal. She listened to what we could tell her, and then walked us through the necessary steps to clean out the fill *valve. It worked immediately, and we did not have to *call a plumber. She was very professional, patient, and had a great personality. Thank you for employing *people like Megan. She is a great asset to your *company, and to your customers. Bill and Marjean
