~Anonymous : Called back twice and the wait was even longer. Once I did get an associate, they had to put me on hold to contact Kohl's themselves to get an answer to my question. Wouldn't it be better to have an associate from Kohl's from the beginning. A total waste of time. After another ** minutes wait for the associate to return, I never did get an answer.

~Anonymous : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Anonymous : For that I would say three out of five.
