~concerned customer: I completely understood that the rep did not even know that the date of the ads is changing, thus making the Senior Discount*day of Tuesday a poor choice. New ads will come out on Sunday, the ad is not effective until Wednesday - so the senior has to wait a week (the day before the next ad is valid) to shop and get a discount. Isn't that going to be confusing? Shouldn't the Senior Discount Day be changed from Tuesday to sometime BEFORE the next ad appears? Does the senior-money-spent not count? I believe Kroger will not retain that person's business because of the confusion. Think about it, Kroger!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~concerned customer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~concerned customer: For that I would say five out of five.

~concerned customer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kroger to know who you are.
