~Former customer's review of Kroger customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Kroger customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Former customer: I used to like to shop here because there are so few customers and I can get in and out quickly, but the rudeness of the pharmacy techs finally became too much to bear. They will not call my Dr. if necessary, and are often out of stock on many items, requiring me to make an extra trip to the store. The produce is always old and often the expensive organic is mixed in with the regular, creating sticker shock at the register. Meat is of mediocre quality. Frozen items have often been allowed to thaw and re-freeze, causing a serious loss in quality of product. Many meat & dairy items are out of date, so a high level of vigilance is necessary. The store manager, Mary, is undoubtedly the most unconcerned and hateful person on earth so it is no surprise that customer service is extremely poor. How can this store still be in business?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Kroger. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Kroger problem?
~Former customer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Former customer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kroger's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Former customer: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kroger customers?
~Former customer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kroger to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Former customer taken from his Kroger customer service problem that occurred on November 3rd, 2017.
