GetHuman-430017: It wasn't I who misunderstood. It was the customer service rep, who didn't even know the date of the ads was changing. His English was poor, he wasn't informed, and then he asked if there was anything ELSE he could do for me. I said he hadn't done anything so far. I re-explained my issue, he read back to me what he had written, and told me there was nothing else he could do. REALLY! How about contacting someone who could help? My entire problem isn't just mine, it belongs to all senriors whose discount day is Tuesday each week, the last day of that ad, and the day before the new ad is effective. How confusing. Senior Discount Day MUST change!!!!!

GetHuman-430017: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-430017: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kroger to know who you are.
