GetHuman-427249: Had a problem with sales person giving me wrong information about only being able to go to the facility you sign up at. Signed up with a friend, and she remembers as well as I do that we could use any location. Months later when I want to workout with another friend at another facility realize this is not the case...*Feel they nickel and dime you for extras that are really not extras to me, they do have extra workout classes which I'll attend one this weekend, and let you know :) Thinking they are going to try, and sell me personal training sessions. Explained I live paycheck to paycheck can't afford *** dollars they want to charge me extra to workout at any facility. The gentleman at corporate tried to go into policies (which I have already heard from my facility, and the one I wanted to work out at ) As a courtesy he says he offered me to pay ** dollars which he then informs me is what should have been offered to me at sign up *( his mistake ) told him I would have to think about i
