GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's LA Times customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~anonymous: Called to complain that paper is very often thrown under the car when there is always half the driveway wide open. This is about the *rd call, but it still happens all of the time. Paper is often thrown between tires and we have to get on the ground and reach way under car. Seems to be intentional. Called and got through right away - lets see if the address the problem. I appreciate that I could at least get a live person on the phone to complain.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting LA Times. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a LA Times problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LA Times's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LA Times customers?
