~anonymous: This is my second call to this number.**My account was charged ** days early to renew a subscription. I had planned to cxl but they charged me early.**They did not credit my account since my call * days ago.**This new person told me it would take ** days.**I told them they can't hold my money and charge me for a service that have not yet provided.**The paper is always late and I had to call very other Sunday to get it dleivered.**I will never agian get the LA Times, the serivce is terrible, out sourced, not worth it.

~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
