~RWN: I purchased a ticket yesterday and used my credit card. I*When I got the charge on the card I found it was costing me almost $*** more than if I had paid cash. I tried at the Lan office to reverse the credit card charge and pay cas. They said it was impossible. Nothing is impossible. The quality of service at Lan is pathetic and nkeither myself or my family will ever use Lan again. Thank you for nothing.*RWN
