~ART: LAN made horrible changes on my already purchased tickets, and they never informed me. I found by chance before my departure that my last connecting flight departures two hours before my arrival to the airport (!!!)*They say that they cannot do the most logic operations, including connect my call to speak with a supervisor. It looks like they have a policy to give the lesser possible customer service.*I waited ** minutes the first time that I called, and my second call was never answered* I hanged up after waiting for ** minutes.*The final line is that there's no intention to solve the problem at all. Their behavior is borderline criminal.
