~JeannieH: I called to complain about having to give my credit card at the time of the service. I was told that this was so they could charge what the insurance doesn't pay for. During the call I was told that I can decline handing over my credit card. That is good to know.

~JeannieH: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JeannieH: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JeannieH: For that I would say two out of five.

~JeannieH: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
