~cjam: I changed Insurance Companies and provided the location with my new Insurance card. They still filed with my OLD insurance company and are telling me I'm not covered. They are even calling my home but when i answer they leave a recorded message. WORST customer service EVER. I will never go to Lab Corp again.

~cjam: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cjam: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cjam: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LabCorp customers?
~cjam: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
