~unknown: I was there this morning and have no idea how terrible the service going to be. I bring my son who has brittle bones disease and told the lady that draws blood that i just want to give her a heads up that my son is fragile and she needs to handle him gently, she got nasty and rude and told me their all fragile! I tried to explain to her how my sons condition and ask if she knows anything about osteogenesis imperfeca and she said no! So, she should have lsietened to a parent who knows what the childs condition is not just generalize everybody because every child are not the same and they need to know who their dealing with or even just listen and cooperate. The visit was horrible and I would never ever let somebody from LABCORP touch my son again. I'm just so glad my baby came out their with no broken bones because if not i don't know what I could possibly do.

~unknown: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~unknown: For that I would say two out of five.
