~waverunner: Stopped by to see if the * orders for test needed anything (one order required * vials) place closed for lunch, returned * hr. later and staff was far from friendly. They appeared tired, over worked and disinterested. They asked me if Dr. wanted me to fast before blood work (they were too uninterested to look at the order otherwise they would have seen CBC Complete as one of the tests). Told me to call for apt. Went home called, couldn't get me appointment till * days later. Just returned from there*******.desk was friendly but the tech, Marianne, started by pointing vaguely to two seats, I sat where she pointed and told her I was left handed, she told me no move closer to her, I moved, then she started complaining to other employee about how expensive apartments were and that "they" (LabCorp) didn't pay enough to afford one. When she turned her attention on me I told her I was left handed. She asked for both arms looked and before any compression she chose my left (It was closer t

~waverunner: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~waverunner: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~waverunner: For that I would say two out of five.

~waverunner: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
