GetHuman-246556: I originally called about * weeks ago to replace a lock from a door that's about ** years old. When the package came, it was the wrong lock. I called to complain, but the woman noticed right away that I was sent the wrong part. She said it was their fault, and I would not have to pay again and I could keep the original lock that was sent. Very professional.
