~jc0827: I have tried to contact customer care on * separate occasions d*t a "problem with an account". I waited ** minutes and was disconnected, when I called back I was disconnected within * minutes. When I tried again there was a message that said "legal zoom is currently closed". I have left my call back number on * occasions and sent an email without any response. FED UP!
