~kefinaa: i received an email telling me there is a problem with my order. i have now called * times. the first time i waited on hold for ** minutes, then i submitted my phone number for a callback. the next four times, including today, i left my phone number for callback. no one has ever called me back.my credit card company now wants me to pay for this will that i have not received.
