~why me: Repeatedly called for issue, given different advice each time. Had to go to supervisor level twice, first didn't answer. Solution was a * minute fix. Spent ** hours to get it. Follow up call for a different simple question yielded no answer.

~why me: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
