GetHuman-203979: Representative keeps telling me the order was already delivered. I have had to tell them again and again the shipment went back to them, and was never delivered to my shipping address. Three different representatives have told me they will request a re-ship and send me a confirmation. Going on three weeks now, and I am in NC where they are shipping it from.
