~Neil : We called the company directly * times. the first time it took over an hour to get them to escalte the request. Even then we were given * bogus email address to follow up with them. The second time we were on hold fo rapproximately ** minutes and again given a bogus email address to forward documents to support our claim of fraudulent inquiry on my clients credit report

~Neil : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Neil : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
