~Bruce: Had installed a new verizon wireless router and wasn't able to get my x**** all in one to recognize the new router. Past experience with phone support for other products made calling my option of last resort that I was finally forced to. While the fix did take over an hour, Cid, who helped me, was excellent in terms of knowledge, communication skills and the bonus of great english that the lack of makes so many tech calls horrible. I don't know about the rest of the tech support group at Lexmark, but Cid gets my vote for a big raise in pay and thanks to Lexmark for having him available.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Lexmark. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Lexmark problem?
~Bruce: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bruce: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lexmark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bruce: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lexmark customers?
~Bruce: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lexmark to know who you are.
