~robt5816_ATL: Had some technical difficult initially and there seem to be some language barrier - but, we were able to get through that! My problem was with the cartridge. When the level reached right under the *** full line - the printer no longer printed properly. Resolution: Lexmark to send me another cartridge and I will return the "defected" (what they called it) one and they will analyze and phone me back with why I am not unable to utilize more of the ink in the ink cartridge. I was satisfied with this resolution, given, these cartridges cost $**.** * tax...

~robt5816_ATL: For that I would say one out of five.
