GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Lexmark customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~flutters: Have called twice and still don't have a useable printer. Person I spoke with today kept reading out of a book and saying the same thing over and over. I asked her to please turn the page, this isn't working. NEVEr AGAIN will I buy a Lexmark. My twenty dollar HP was better than this piece of ****. Then they cut corners. First the will send a new print head. That didn't work. Next they will send a new shell but not the software or cables. If that doesn't work I will be sending it back and going back to HP.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Lexmark. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Lexmark problem?
~flutters: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~flutters: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lexmark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~flutters: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lexmark customers?
~flutters: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lexmark to know who you are.
