GetHuman-46937: My printer came with a five-year warranty (as stated on the product box), and I purchased it about four years ago. I called Lexmark support a few weeks ago and they replaced it because it was broken. However, the scanner on the replacement they sent is broken so I cannot make photocopies, but Lexmark is now refusing to replace it, claiming that it is "out of warranty."

GetHuman-46937: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lexmark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-46937: For that I would say one out of five.
