~Mike Schwartz: There was something that was not working on the LifeLock web site. I was pretty sure that it was NOT due to something that "I" was doing wrong. They said that I had to call back some time when the "TECH Support" dept. was open. Apparently, their telephone support dept. is open ****, but the "TECH Support" dept. is only open, some "more limited" hours.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting LifeLock. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a LifeLock problem?
~Mike Schwartz: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mike Schwartz: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LifeLock's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mike Schwartz: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LifeLock customers?
~Mike Schwartz: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LifeLock to know who you are.
