~Teia11: I purchased the MK*** Kybd at full price of $**.** because I could not find discount code. Same day it arrived, I was offered VIP service* found same Kybd for $** less. Asked for credit on my acct. Was told to ship *st kybd back, wait * weeks for refund, and then hope that the VIP Kybd was still on sale. I will never purchase from them again. I have used PCs since ****, * have been a very loyal customer since they opened their doors: NEVER, EVER again.

~Teia11: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Teia11: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Logitech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Teia11: For that I would say five out of five.
