GetHuman-233863: The Harmony *** requires software to interact with Logitec's online database as the only way to "program" the remote for a specific task. So it's annoying that some web browser settings or web browsers may not play well with Logitec's software. Customer service is inadequate and considering it's located offshore (Philippines for one site) says volumes about what Logitec thinks about customer service - nada.

GetHuman-233863: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Logitech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-233863: For that I would say one out of five.
