~DiDisappointed Customer: Don't bother calling after any type of storm. Getting help is impossible. Call *** to report trees and wires down first, as they can contact LIPA directly. Otherwise, you'll be taking all the juice from your cell phone battery waiting for a rep. Congrats Long Island--- we have amoung the highest electric rates in the USA with amoung the worst customer service money can buy!
