~Chuckie: Chris Lockhart made me wait almost an hour to load some product into my van. I wish Lowes had some sort of benefits in place for him because he needs to get those dirty brown teeth fixed up. The guy can't afford a bag of milk let alone dental work. He still lives in an old run-down basement where he dreams and wishes about having all the smokes in the world all to himself. When he finally came outside to load product into the van, I mentioned maybe he could try out some Rogaine because I heard Jeff from paint and * other girls laughing about Chris Lockhart's balding scalp. It is really problematic and sooner or later he has to realize the ladies hate it, even though the bald man thinks he's a player. Poor foresight by Lowes managment for hiring such a small time incompetent. I will never return to this store because of the bald guy with bad teeth who smokes * packs a day Chris Lockhart.

~Chuckie: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Chuckie: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lowe's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Chuckie: For that I would say five out of five.

~Chuckie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lowe's to know who you are.
