~MomNextDoor: I called this number at *:** am on this Saturday. Was helped by a man who took down my complaint about the horrible laminate flooring installation experience and told me he would get a store manager to call me back. At *:**am I was called back by store manager who had already called the subcontracted company's owner and made plans to fix the problems. She assures me my floor install will be corrected and complete by Thanksgiving. We'll see, since this has been going on since October **.

~MomNextDoor: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MomNextDoor: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lowe's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MomNextDoor: For that I would say five out of five.
